Design My Best Life is operated by Clarity Labs Media LLC. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through DesignMyBestLife.com and the Design My Best Life and Design My Best Career brands.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our Advanced Profiles, 5-Year Direction Plans, Blueprints, quiz results, downloadable materials, and related products are digital products delivered or made accessible electronically.
Because customers receive access to digital content immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once access has been provided.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
We will review refund requests involving:
• A duplicate charge for the same purchase
• A technical problem that prevents access to the purchased product and that we are unable to resolve
• A product that was not delivered as promised
• An incorrect product provided because of an error on our part
• A refund otherwise required by applicable law
We do not ordinarily provide refunds because a customer:
• Changes their mind after receiving access
• Does not use or complete the purchased product
• Disagrees with a quiz result or recommendation
• Purchases the wrong product without first contacting us
• Shares, loses, or fails to save an access link
• Experiences an issue caused by an unsupported device, browser setting, or third-party service outside our control
REQUESTING A REFUND
To request assistance or a refund review, email admin@designmybestlife.com within seven calendar days of the purchase.
Please include:
• Your name
• The email address used for the purchase
• The product purchased
• The purchase date
• The Stripe receipt or transaction information
• A brief explanation of the issue
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction and evaluate the request.
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, contact us before submitting a charge dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement access link or correct the technical problem.
APPROVED REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on Stripe, your bank, and your card issuer.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
